The design of the building has been tailored to fit the longitudinal shape of the plot, taking into account the cardinal directions and the natural slope of the land. A terrace has been strategically placed on the western side, offering a scenic view of the surrounding forests and fields.

The body of the building is distinctly divided into two main sections: a living area that extends to the roof truss and includes a kitchenette, and a bedroom area that features a mezzanine floor.

The living room is designed with large windows on three sides, allowing natural light to illuminate the space from the south, west, and north. The west side provides direct access to the terrace, while the north side offers a view of the property's entrance from the kitchen.
